Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a joint investment of more than $675 million Friday afternoon to support three new Mississauga transit projects.

Trudeau was joined by Ontario’s Associate Minister of Transportation (GTA), Stan ChoThe most serious health crisis for decades, and the Mayor of Mississauga, Bonnie Crombie.

The three new projects include 358 hybrid buses that will replace existing diesel vehicles; a new rapid transit bus corridor along Dundas Street from Confederation Parkway to Etobicoke Creek; and upgrades to Mississauga’s existing bus corridors that would create priority lanes at intersections.
