Since most transformers and lines are installed and erected in the open air, the experimental curves of various porcelain parts of transformers and lines are recorded; The application of sensor technology makes the detection get a large number of stains through digital response, which is prone to discharge in wet weather, causing a large amount of power loss in vain. When the transformer is overloaded, the voltage at the receiving end of the line will decrease, the current will increase, and the line loss of a single transformer will increase. Some meters, transformers, etc. are obsolete meters, so that electric energy can not be measured correctly; The meter and transformer are not calibrated regularly, resulting in measurement error. In addition, various work tickets and operation tickets of the production department are easy to be involved, such as wire breakage, porcelain fracture and discharge, so the requirements of the production department should be considered and filled in as appropriate. 2 management loss due to the negligence of management, the following aspects are easy to cause the line loss to increase: · the no-load distribution transformer is not shut down in time· The light load transformer cannot be shut down· All kinds of users' breach of contract and power theft cause line loss to rise· Time difference loss caused by missing, estimated and wrong meter reading, wrong electricity calculation, statement error, and inconsistent meter reading time· Low voltage quality leads to high line loss. 3. Measures to reduce the loss of technology and equipment. For no-load or light load transformers, the no-load should be stopped in time, and the light load transformers should be reasonably combined; Stop the transformer with light load and no load within a limited time (for example, the agricultural irrigation distribution transformer stops when there is no user at night, and it is delivered by the user in the morning to reduce the no-load loss for several hours). When the distribution transformer is seriously overloaded, the load shall be adjusted in time. When the load between phases of the distribution transformer is seriously unbalanced, it should be adjusted in time to try to make the load of each phase close to balance. When erecting the line, the load carried by the line and the future development plan shall be fully calculated, and the conductor of appropriate model and specification shall be selected. The phenomenon of "jamming" shall be eliminated in the running line, and joints on the line shall be avoided as far as possible to reduce the loss on the line. Strengthen the patrol inspection of lines, and deal with faults and hidden dangers in time to prevent tripping and grounding accidents. The porcelain parts of transformer and circuit should be wiped regularly to reduce the loss caused by discharge; If the porcelain parts are damaged and discharged, they should be replaced in time. Strengthen measurement management, regularly calibrate users' metering devices in turn, timely eliminate and replace unqualified electric energy meters and mutual inductors, and resolutely refuse to use meters and mutual inductors that are not allowed by the state to prevent losses caused by errors. 4. Measures to reduce management losses: carry out business census activities frequently, investigate and deal with electricity theft, illegal electricity use and unauthorized capacity increase in a timely manner, especially take special measures to prevent suspected households of electricity theft. Strengthen the inspection of power consumption, such as checking the metering device frequently to prevent the loss caused by the error of meter and transformer or the user's artificial destruction, avoid bypassing the metering, and prevent the open circuit or short circuit of current and voltage circuits. Reduce meter reading errors, and the director personally supervises to prevent missing copies, making the problems of difficult and expensive loans more prominent. Line losses increase due to estimation, wrong copying, wrong copying, and calculation errors. All new transformers should use energy-saving transformers. In case of long-term low load, full load and overload of a single distribution transformer, the transformer capacity should be adjusted in time and the transformer should be reasonably adjusted to the load center. Multiple distribution points are also the main factor for loss reduction.
